Introduction:
As the most critical primary crushing equipment in mining, building materials production and metallurgy industries, the frame is the skeleton and foundation of the entire equipment. It is usually welded from high-strength cast steel or steel plates, providing a stable support and installation benchmark for all other components, ensuring that the equipment remains structurally intact when it is subjected to huge impact loads. Crushing components are the core of performing crushing tasks, including fixed fixed jaw plates and movable movable jaw plates. Jaw crushers are usually made of wear-resistant materials such as high manganese steel, and the working surface is equipped with longitudinal tooth marks to enhance the splitting and extrusion effect of materials. The upper end of the movable jaw plate is suspended from the eccentric shaft, and this transmission system is the power heart of the equipment. Driven by the motor, the huge flywheel is driven by a triangular belt. The inertia of the flywheel can balance the load and make the crushing operation more stable. The high-speed rotation of the eccentric shaft is converted into the complex reciprocating swing of the moving jaw plate.
The adjustment device is mainly used to control the size of the product particle size, usually implemented by a wedge system or a pin bolt. By adjusting the relative position of the wedge, the outlet gap between the movable jaw plate and the lower end of the fixed jaw plate can be changed. The larger the gap, the larger the discharge particle size, and vice versa, so as to meet the needs of different production processes.

 

Use:
Jaw crushers are extremely versatile and irreplaceable. TONTEN jaw crusher is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and large blocks of materials in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. Its material with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa is easily broken under its "giant jaw". The biggest advantage of jaw crusher is that it can handle unscreened raw ore with extremely large particle size (maximum feed diameter can reach more than 1500mm) and is used as a "head-breaking" equipment in the production line to prepare for subsequent medium-fine crushing operations. With its simple structure, reliable work, convenient maintenance, wide applicability and low production costs, it has become the most classic and widely used equipment in the field of solid material crushing.
